DMAE, or Dimethylethanolamine is a surprisingly helpful and versatile nutritional supplement, derived from the seed of grapes.
DMAE is implicated in the potential treatment of a wide range of conditions, including:
Healthy body and skin aging, with tentative studies showing extensive life prolonging properties(Extension of the lives of lab rats by 1.5)
You require on average about an hour less sleep when taking DMAE
Can be helpful for Dimentia, Alzheimer's, Depression, Anxiety, and ADHD
